Policies and Procedures
On Demand Training Requirements
Participants will be required to view all recorded videos, pass a post-test, and complete an evaluation at the end of the course. The passing rate is 85% for the post-test and can be taken repeatedly. There are no refunds for on Demand Services. The customer is solely responsible for purchases.
In Person Policy:
To ensure the integrity, engagement, and effectiveness of our in-person training sessions, all participants must adhere to the following attendance and camera requirements. These guidelines are established to maintain a productive learning environment and to ensure that all attendees receive full value from our training programs.
Camera Requirement
Cameras Must Remain On:
All participants are required to have their cameras turned on for the entire duration of the training session. This enables trainers to verify attendance, encourage participation, and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
Attendance & Credit
Full Session Required for Credit:
Attendees must be present for the entirety of the training session to receive completion credit. Partial attendance—arriving late, leaving early, or missing any portion of the event—will result in no credit being awarded for the session.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Missed Portions:
Participants who miss any part of the training session, regardless of the reason, are not eligible for refunds or partial refunds. Credit or certification will only be granted to those who complete the entire training as scheduled.
Acknowledgment
By registering for our training programs, participants agree to comply with this policy. Failure to adhere may result in forfeiture of credit and fees.
Registration Policies:
Refund Policy: There are no refunds for on demand products. All sales are considered final.
Documents: You will be emailed prior to the training with additional instructions. You will have access to your on demand portal with all the tools, resources and information necessary for the training.
Grievances
Please contact kathy@rewired360.com. It is our policy that you must first attempt to resolve the concern with the trainer. In the event you are unable to do so, your grievance will be reviewed by a third party. Grievances must be submitted within 3-5 days of completion of the training.
Live Virtual Trainings complywith the Americans Disabilities Act. We will not discriminate and will ensure equal opportunity for persons with disabilities. We will be sure that facilities and reasonable accommodations are accessible to those with disabilities. Please contact presenter at kathy@rewired360.com if special accommodations need arranging.
Cancellations
In the event a cancellation should occur, we will gladly refund the full amount minus a $30 service fee up until 30 days prior to the onset of the training. In the event cancellation occurs after 30 days prior to the training, we are unable to provide refunds, credits or accommodations due to the nature of the time investment in the training. Please be mindful of your electronic access to the session, as we are unable to assist with troubleshooting during the training, including issues with WiFi. If you require assistance with translation services, please know we are only able to offer the sessions in the English language. All cancellations must be requested in writing.

Owner is the exclusive owner of the copyright in those materials. You may take notes and make copies of course materials for your own use. You may also share those materials with another purchaser who has legally obtained the Course Materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, post, upload or disseminate the Course Materials in any other way — whether or not a fee is charged — without the express written consent of owner. You also may not allow others to do so.
Use or Distribution of Recordings of Course Presentations - Except as provided herein, no business, association, agency, or individual, shall give, sell, or otherwise distribute to others or publish any recording made of or during any course presentation without the written consent of the owner. This policy is applicable to any recording in any medium, including video, audio, handwritten or typed notes.
Exceptions Related to Case Conceptualization Kit for Death, Dying and Bereavement for EMDR and general therapists (collectively, the “Kit” or “Kits”) – The products are intended for the sole use by the purchaser and are not permitted to be sold or resold to any third party. The entity or individual who has rightfully and validly purchased a product is permitted by the Owner to distribute the product materials to their patients for the intended use as described within each offering. The product and any of the materials within it may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form with the intention to sell all of or any portion of such materials or to be used outside of each product’s intended application (ie: by the purchaser for their patients).
Indemnification. By using and or implementing the course materials and products from Rewired360 you will at all times indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Living Full Circle, LLC, its managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any damages as a result of your, your company’s, or your businesses’ use or implementation of the products and materials. If the owner shall seek indemnification, you agree to give the owner the right to participate in the defense and settlement of any such claim; provided, however, that you may not, without the company’s prior written approval, settle or dispose of any claim of which you have agreed to accept the defense.
Exculpation. You expressly waive any and all claims against Living Full Circle, LLC, direct or indirect, including, without limitation, claims relative to the use and/or implementation of the materials by you, your company, your business. Furthermore, you agree that the owner and company shall not be liable to you, your company, your business or any third party for any injury sustained by the you, your company, your business, its employees, independent contractors, invitees, patients, students, or any other third party through the use or implementation of the products and materials furnished by Living Full Circle, LLC.
Please note there are no refunds on any digital products or courses.
