PILOT STUDY NOTICE — PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING
This training is part of the Grief Map Pilot Study (Couch, 2026), a research initiative examining the clinical utility of the Grief Map framework for EMDR-trained clinicians working with grief, loss, and prolonged grief disorder presentations. By registering, you are agreeing to participate in a confidential (not anonymous) study.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS (NBCC): CE credit requires full attendance at both 3 hour sessions . Camera on is required for the full duration of both sessions. Attendance is monitored via Zoom and by an attendance monitor. No partial credit is awarded.
STUDY PARTICIPATION: Participation includes completing three evaluation instruments: T1 (before Session 1 — Google Form link in registration confirmation, must be completed before May 21, required for study admission) · T2 (after Session 2 — CE-Go attendee dashboard, required for CE certificate) · T3 (30 days after Session 2 — CE-Go attendee dashboard, mid-August 2026, participants who complete T3 receive the Documenting EMDR workbook at no charge).
WITHDRAWAL: Study participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by contacting assistant@rewired360.com Withdrawal does not affect CE credit if full attendance requirements are met.
DATA: Your registration email is used as a linking variable across T1, T2, and T3. Responses are confidential and reported in aggregate only. In-session poll responses are anonymous. By participating in this course, I agree that my responses may be used in aggregate for program evaluation and future publication. Data is kept confidential — linked by registration email, not identified in any publication."

On Demand Training Requirements
Participants will be required to view all recorded videos, pass a post-test, and complete an evaluation at the end of the course. The passing rate is 85% for the post-test and can be taken repeatedly. There are no refunds for on Demand Services. The customer is solely responsible for purchases.

Documents: You will be emailed prior to the training with additional instructions. You will have access to your on demand portal with all the tools, resources and information necessary for the training.
Grievances
Please contact kathy@rewired360.com. It is our policy that you must first attempt to resolve the concern with the trainer. In the event you are unable to do so, your grievance will be reviewed by a third party. Grievances must be submitted within 3-5 days of completion of the training.
Live Virtual Trainings complywith the Americans Disabilities Act. We will not discriminate and will ensure equal opportunity for persons with disabilities. Cancellations
In the event a cancellation should occur, we will gladly refund the full amount minus a $30 service fee up until 30 days prior to the onset of the training. In the event cancellation occurs after 30 days prior to the training, we are unable to provide refunds, credits or accommodations due to the nature of the time investment in the training. Please be mindful of your electronic access to the session, as we are unable to assist with troubleshooting during the training, including issues with WiFi. If you require assistance with translation services, please know we are only able to offer the sessions in the English language. All cancellations must be requested in writing.

Indemnification. By using and or implementing the course materials and products from Rewired360 you will at all times indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Living Full Circle, LLC, its managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any damages as a result of your, your company’s, or your businesses’ use or implementation of the products and materials. Technology
1. This virtual event will be hosted via Zoom Webinar, and you may be prompted to download or upgrade your Zoom app if using a mobile device. A strong WiFi connection will be required for best quality.
2. We recommend clicking your "Join Webinar" button early and checking that your speakers are on before the event begins. Please do not worry about being seen or heard! Attendee video feeds and mics are turned off by default when entering a webinar. You will be able to ask questions via the Q&A feature.
3. Please respect that no copying, recording, or distribution of live session content is allowed. CE's are provided for the "live" sessions only. CE's will not be available for the recordings.
