Policies and Procedures

On Demand Training Requirements

Participants will be required to view all recorded videos, pass a post-test, and complete an evaluation at the end of the course. The passing rate is 85% for the post-test and can be taken repeatedly. There are no refunds for on Demand Services. The customer is solely responsible for purchases.

Registration Policies

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for on demand products. All sales are considered final.

Documents: You will be emailed prior to the training with additional instructions. You will have access to your on demand portal with all the tools, resources and information necessary for the training.

Grievances

Please contact admin@rewired360.com. It is our policy that you must first attempt to resolve the concern with the trainer. In the event you are unable to do so, your grievance will be reviewed by a third party. Grievances must be submitted within 3-5 days of completion of the training.

Live Virtual Trainings comply with the Americans Disabilities Act. We will not discriminate and will ensure equal opportunity for persons with disabilities. We will be sure that facilities and reasonable accommodations are accessible to those with disabilities. Please contact presenter at admin@rewired360.com if special accommodations need arranging.

Cancellations

In the event a cancellation should occur, we will gladly refund the full amount minus a $30 service fee up until 30 days prior to the onset of the training. In the event cancellation occurs after 30 days prior to the training, we are unable to provide refunds, credits or accommodations due to the nature of the time investment in the training. Please be mindful of your electronic access to the session, as we are unable to assist with troubleshooting during the training, including issues with WiFi. If you require assistance with translation services, please know we are only able to offer the sessions in the English language. All cancellations must be requested in writing.

If you do not attend the entire training, we are unable to offer CE credit for any portion of the training. We do not offer partial CE Credit due to scheduling conflicts or other issues with attendance. If the participant leaves early, forfeiture of the CE credits occurs.

No part of this publication may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of Rewired360, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Owner”).

All course materials, including presentations, outlines, instructions, recordings, workbooks, handouts, and similar materials (“Course Materials”), are protected by U.S. copyright law. Owner is the exclusive owner of the copyright in those materials. You may take notes and make copies of course materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may also share those materials with another purchaser who has legally obtained the Course Materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, post, upload, or disseminate the Course Materials in any other way — whether or not a fee is charged — without the express written consent of Owner. You also may not allow others to do so.

Use or Distribution of Recordings of Course Presentations

Except as provided herein, no business, association, agency, or individual shall give, sell, or otherwise distribute to others or publish any recording made of or during any course presentation without the written consent of the Owner. This policy is applicable to any recording in any medium, including video, audio, handwritten or typed notes.

Products and Workbooks

All Rewired360 products, workbooks, kits, templates, and supplemental materials available through Rewired360’s website (https://www.rewired360.com/products) or any other Rewired360 platform treatment planning forms, session note templates, assessment tools, and any related digital or physical materials (collectively, the “Products”) — are intended for the sole use by the purchaser and are not permitted to be sold or resold to any third party.

The entity or individual who has rightfully and validly purchased a Product is permitted by the Owner to use such Product materials in their own clinical practice with their own patients for the intended therapeutic or clinical use as described within each Product. The Products and any of the materials within them may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, shared, or made available in any form — whether digitally or in print — with the intention to sell, resell, license, sublicense, or give away all or any portion of such materials, or to be used outside of each Product’s intended application.

Without limiting the foregoing, you may not post, upload, share, or distribute any Product materials on any website, social media platform, file-sharing service, online forum, learning management system, or other digital or physical medium for access by anyone other than the original purchaser. Violation of this clause may result in the immediate revocation of access to all Rewired360 materials and may subject the violator to legal action for copyright infringement and breach of this agreement.

Courses, Continuing Education Programs & Memberships

All Rewired360 courses, continuing education (CE) programs, certification programs, consultation programs, membership communities, live trainings, virtual trainings, webinars, and related educational offerings — including but not limited to the EMDR University Consultation Program, EMDR University Certification Program, Kathy on the Couch Membership Community, and any live or recorded training events (collectively, the “Programs”) — are licensed solely to the enrolled or registered participant and are non-transferable.

Access to any Program is granted exclusively to the individual who has enrolled and paid the applicable fee. You may not share, transfer, assign, or otherwise grant access to your Program enrollment, login credentials, course portal, membership account, or any associated materials to any other individual, entity, or organization. Each enrollment is for a single user only.

All Program content — including but not limited to course videos, recorded lectures, slides, presentation materials, handouts, workbooks, assessments, quizzes, discussion prompts, downloadable resources, CE certificates, and any other materials provided as part of or in connection with a Program (collectively, “Program Materials”) — are the exclusive intellectual property of Rewired360, LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright law.

You may not reproduce, record, screen-capture, download (except where expressly permitted within the platform), copy, distribute, share, upload, post, broadcast, stream, or otherwise disseminate any Program Materials in any form or by any means. This prohibition applies regardless of the medium — including but not limited to email, text message, social media, file-sharing platforms, cloud storage services, learning management systems, group forums, or any other digital or physical distribution method.

You may not use any Program Materials to create, develop, or distribute your own courses, trainings, presentations, workshops, or educational content. You may not incorporate Rewired360 Program Materials, in whole or in part, into any derivative work, competing product, or training offering without the express prior written consent of Rewired360, LLC.

CE credits and certificates of completion are issued solely to the enrolled participant who has completed the required coursework and met all applicable requirements. CE certificates are non-transferable and may not be shared, copied, altered, or distributed.

Rewired360 reserves the right to immediately revoke access to any Program, suspend or terminate any membership or enrollment, and pursue all available legal remedies — including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and injunctive relief — in the event of any violation of this section.

Indemnification

By using and/or implementing the Course Materials, Products, Program Materials, or any other Rewired360 training materials (collectively, the “Rewired360 Materials”), you will at all times indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rewired360, LLC (“Rewired360”), its managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any damages as a result of your, your company’s, or your business’s use or implementation of the Rewired360 Materials.

If Rewired360 shall seek indemnification, you agree to give Rewired360 the right to participate in the defense and settlement of any such claim; provided, however, that you may not, without Rewired360’s prior written approval, settle or dispose of any claim of which you have agreed to accept the defense.

Exculpation

You expressly waive any and all claims against Rewired360, direct or indirect, including, without limitation, claims relative to the use and/or implementation of the Rewired360 Materials by you, your company, or your business. Furthermore, you agree that Rewired360 shall not be liable to you, your company, your business, or any third party for any injury sustained by you, your company, your business, its employees, independent contractors, invitees, patients, students, or any other third party through the use or implementation of the Rewired360 Materials.

Medical Disclaimer (Course Material)

Rewired360, LLC (“Rewired360”) is not, nor is it holding itself out to be, a qualified doctor/physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, social worker, or any other medical or mental health professional (“Medical Provider”). Rewired360’s website, blog, resources, courses, text, treatments, dosages, outcomes, charts, profiles, graphics, photographs, images, advice, messages, forum postings, and related content (collectively, “Materials”) includes information and instruction relating to, non-exclusively, treatment protocols, case conceptualization, navigating complex clinical cases, and new research developments (collectively, “Rewired360 Content”). You acknowledge and agree that the following warnings and disclaimers shall apply to all Rewired360 Materials and Rewired360 Content.

All Rewired360 Content and Rewired360 Materials have been created and published for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to establish a standard of care or serve as a substitute for the consultation, diagnosis, and/or medical treatment of a qualified Medical Provider. Do not use Rewired360 Content or Rewired360 Materials in lieu of professional advice given by qualified medical professionals and do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking professional advice because of information you have read in the Rewired360 Materials or received from Rewired360.

Rewired360 is not providing health care, mental health care, medical or nutrition therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure in any manner whatsoever any physical ailment, or any mental or emotional issue, disease or condition. Rewired360 does not give medical, psychological, or religious advice whatsoever. Rewired360 makes no representation or warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, adequacy or suitability of the information contained in the Rewired360 Materials or within the Rewired360 Content and does not represent and/or warrant against human or machine error, omissions, delays, interruptions or losses, including the loss of any data. Under no circumstances is Rewired360 responsible for the claims of third-party websites or educational providers. Medical information changes constantly. Therefore, the information in the Rewired360 Materials or on third-party websites should not be considered current, complete, or exhaustive.

Before using, relying upon, or participating in any of the Rewired360 Content or Rewired360 Materials, it is recommended that you consult with a Medical Provider. Always seek the advice of your own Medical Provider regarding any questions or concerns you have about your specific health or before implementing any recommendations or suggestions from the Rewired360 Content or Rewired360 Materials. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read within the Rewired360 Materials. Do not stop taking any medications without speaking to a Medical Provider. If you have or suspect that you have a medical or mental health issue, contact your own Medical Provider promptly. Rewired360 does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned in the Rewired360 Materials or in the Rewired360 Content. Reliance on any information provided by Rewired360, Rewired360 employees, contracted writers, or medical professionals presenting content for publication to Rewired360 is solely at your own risk.

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily in using the Rewired360 Materials and accessing Rewired360 Content and that you are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions, and results, now and in the future. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your use, or non-use, of the Rewired360 Content provided on or through the Rewired360 Materials, and you agree that you are not relying upon the Rewired360 Content or Rewired360 Materials to implement any idea, suggestion, or recommendation in any way.

The role of Rewired360 is to support and assist; however, Rewired360 does not predict and does not guarantee that a particular result will or can be attained. Any results based upon the use of the Rewired360 Content or Rewired360 Materials depend upon numerous factors and may vary. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you may expect from using, accessing, or relying upon the Rewired360 Content or Rewired360 Materials.
