    Kathy founded Rewired360, a EMDR Consulting/Training business and Willow Creek Counseling, an EMDR therapy business. Certifications are held with EMDRIA as a EMDR Certified Therapist/Approved Consultant, and a Fellow in Thanatology with the Association of Death Education and Counseling, and is a Level 2 trained Gottman Institute clinician.

    Kathy has 10 years of teaching experience at Boise State University, with specializations in in program evaluation, research and small business development. Specialties include areas of death, grief, bereavement, couples, and has experience with addiction, child welfare, probation and parole, TF-CBT, substance abuse and domestic violence. She regularly provides EMDR and Couples Intensives and lives in Twin Falls, Idaho with her family daughter, twin boys and family dogs.

Policies and Procedures

On Demand Training Requirements

Participants will be required to view all recorded videos, pass a post-test, and complete an evaluation at the end of the course. The passing rate is 85% for the post-test and can be taken repeatedly. There are no refunds for on Demand Services. The customer is solely responsible for purchases.

Registration Policies

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for on demand products. All sales are considered final.

Documents: You will be emailed prior to the training with additional instructions. You will have access to your on demand portal with all the tools, resources and information necessary for the training.

Grievances

Please contact admin@rewired360.com. It is our policy that you must first attempt to resolve the concern with the trainer. In the event you are unable to do so, your grievance will be reviewed by a third party. Grievances must be submitted within 3-5 days of completion of the training.

Live Virtual Trainings comply with the Americans Disabilities Act. We will not discriminate and will ensure equal opportunity for persons with disabilities. We will be sure that facilities and reasonable accommodations are accessible to those with disabilities. Please contact presenter at admin@rewired360.com if special accommodations need arranging.

Cancellations

In the event a cancellation should occur, we will gladly refund the full amount minus a $30 service fee up until 30 days prior to the onset of the training. In the event cancellation occurs after 30 days prior to the training, we are unable to provide refunds, credits or accommodations due to the nature of the time investment in the training. Please be mindful of your electronic access to the session, as we are unable to assist with troubleshooting during the training, including issues with WiFi. If you require assistance with translation services, please know we are only able to offer the sessions in the English language. All cancellations must be requested in writing.

If you do not attend the entire training, we are unable to offer CE credit for any portion of the training. We do not offer partial CE Credit due to scheduling conflicts or other issues with attendance. If the participant leaves early, forfeiture of the CE credits occurs.

Owner is the exclusive owner of the copyright in those materials. You may take notes and make copies of course materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. This policy is applicable to any recording in any medium, including video, audio, handwritten or typed notes.

Products and Workbooks

All Rewired360 products, workbooks, kits, templates, and supplemental materials available through Rewired360’s website (https://www.rewired360.com/products) or any other Rewired360 platform treatment planning forms, session note templates, assessment tools, and any related digital or physical materials (collectively, the “Products”) — are intended for the sole use by the purchaser and are not permitted to be sold or resold to any third party.

The entity or individual who has rightfully and validly purchased a Product is permitted by the Owner to use such Product materials in their own clinical practice with their own patients for the intended therapeutic or clinical use as described within each Product. The Products and any of the materials within them may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, shared, or made available in any form — whether digitally or in print — with the intention to sell, resell, license, sublicense, or give away all or any portion of such materials, or to be used outside of each Product’s intended application.

Without limiting the foregoing, you may not post, upload, share, or distribute any Product materials on any website, social media platform, file-sharing service, online forum, learning management system, or other digital or physical medium for access by anyone other than the original purchaser. Violation of this clause may result in the immediate revocation of access to all Rewired360 materials and may subject the violator to legal action for copyright infringement and breach of this agreement.

Courses, Continuing Education Programs & Memberships

All Rewired360 courses, continuing education (CE) programs, certification programs, consultation programs, membership communities, live trainings, virtual trainings, webinars, and related educational offerings — including but not limited to the EMDR University Consultation Program, EMDR University Certification Program, Kathy on the Couch Membership Community, and any live or recorded training events (collectively, the “Programs”) — are licensed solely to the enrolled or registered participant and are non-transferable.

Access to any Program is granted exclusively to the individual who has enrolled and paid the applicable fee. You may not share, transfer, assign, or otherwise grant access to your Program enrollment, login credentials, course portal, membership account, or any associated materials to any other individual, entity, or organization. Each enrollment is for a single user only.

All Program content — including but not limited to course videos, recorded lectures, slides, presentation materials, handouts, workbooks, assessments, quizzes, discussion prompts, downloadable resources, CE certificates, and any other materials provided as part of or in connection with a Program (collectively, “Program Materials”) — are the exclusive intellectual property of Rewired360, LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright law.

You may not reproduce, record, screen-capture, download (except where expressly permitted within the platform), copy, distribute, share, upload, post, broadcast, stream, or otherwise disseminate any Program Materials in any form or by any means. This prohibition applies regardless of the medium — including but not limited to email, text message, social media, file-sharing platforms, cloud storage services, learning management systems, group forums, or any other digital or physical distribution method.

You may not use any Program Materials to create, develop, or distribute your own courses, trainings, presentations, workshops, or educational content. You may not incorporate Rewired360 Program Materials, in whole or in part, into any derivative work, competing product, or training offering without the express prior written consent of Rewired360, LLC.

CE credits and certificates of completion are issued solely to the enrolled participant who has completed the required coursework and met all applicable requirements. CE certificates are non-transferable and may not be shared, copied, altered, or distributed.

Rewired360 reserves the right to immediately revoke access to any Program, suspend or terminate any membership or enrollment, and pursue all available legal remedies — including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and injunctive relief — in the event of any violation of this section.

Indemnification

By using and/or implementing the Course Materials, Products, Program Materials, or any other Rewired360 training materials (collectively, the “Rewired360 Materials”), you will at all times indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rewired360, LLC (“Rewired360”), its managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any damages as a result of your, your company’s, or your business’s use or implementation of the Rewired360 Materials.

If Rewired360 shall seek indemnification, you agree to give Rewired360 the right to participate in the defense and settlement of any such claim; provided, however, that you may not, without Rewired360’s prior written approval, settle or dispose of any claim of which you have agreed to accept the defense.

Exculpation

You expressly waive any and all claims against Rewired360, direct or indirect, including, without limitation, claims relative to the use and/or implementation of the Rewired360 Materials by you, your company, or your business. Furthermore, you agree that Rewired360 shall not be liable to you, your company, your business, or any third party for any injury sustained by you, your company, your business, its employees, independent contractors, invitees, patients, students, or any other third party through the use or implementation of the Rewired360 Materials.

Rewired360, LLC (“Rewired360”) is not, nor is it holding itself out to be, a qualified doctor/physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, social worker, or any other medical or mental health professional (“Medical Provider”).
